Pork Satay       Serves 4
Ingredients:for the Marinade
1 dsp soy sauce
1 dsp white wine vinegar
1 dsp honey
1tsp chilli sauce
1 inch raw ginger
1 tsp. coriander
1 dsp tomato puree
Ingredients: The Dish
1lb pork fillet cubed
1 diced red and green chilli
1 diced carrot
1 diced green and red pepper
1 diced onion
2 dsp peanut butter
Mix the marinade together with the pork and leave for 1-4 hours. Remove the meat from the marinade fry in a wok at a high heat for 4-6 minutes, and then remove the meat. Fry the vegetables for 1 minute and then add the meat and the marinade. Mix in the peanut butter, lower the heat and cook until the peanut butter had melted to form the sauce.
