Chicken Korma        Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 tub medium cream (optional)
1 tub greek or natural yoghurt
1 block creamed coconut diluted in 1pt boiling water
   (or 1 tin coconut milk)
2 dessertspoons fruit or mango chutney
2 dessertspoons curry powder (or more!!)
4 chicken fillets cubed
2 dessertspoons diced almonds
1 inch raw ginger (minced)
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon basil
1 diced onion
1 diced carrot
1 head broccoli (separated)
1 diced red and 1 green chilli (optional)
half tin pineapple cubes (optional)

Mix the ingredients in a large pot and simmer on a low heat for 90 mins. Do not allow to boil as the yoghurt will separate.
